Update README.md #151

Just added rustup update since the installation throws some errors if rust isn't up-to-date.

You are welcome. After digging around everything Rust, I could see that updating is quite normal. However, if you come from Python and homebrew, as I do, you don't know that. It's a bit of a hurdle for the uninformed user, it's redundant for the informed user. So, I wouldn't be mad if you didn't adopt it.
