No deposit

I tried depositing some HNS into the Bob Wallet, it withdrew my money from the exchange but i received nothing in my Bob Wallet.

Expected Behavior

i with drew money from my hns wallet in gate.io and should receive it in bob wallet

As u can see, the address of my bob wallet will match the information of the withdrawal address described in the ss from gate.io. The transaction history doesn't have any record of the deposit but the gate.io ss shows its been confirmed by the blockchain.

Is Bob Wallet fully syned? The sync height in the sidebar (bottom-left corner) must have crossed at least 185369 for the wallet to find the tx and update its balance.

Ok the height is currently at 154238.
