The step that says:
sudo port install ros-groovy
seems to be incorrect. Using that git repository gives the following sub-directories:
ros-groovy-core ros-groovy-desktop-full ros-hydro-desktop-full
There is no ros-groovy, but ros-groovy-desktop-full is possible.
Indeed these are outdated as groovy is broken with a current OS X install. The best option is probably to remove the groovy port / wiki mentions unless someone is interested in picking it up.
