Filenames with umlaute are not supported #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a file with an umlaut in its name (Präsentation.txt)
2. Add the file to a repository and commit
3. Update the local working copy
4. Open the working copy "browser" and define to view items "smart"
5. Select the filter = "All"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expectation: 
- no file is listed in the table
Observation:
- Präsentation.txt is listed as not yet of the under version control (blue 
text in table)
- Präsentation.txt is listed as missing (red text in table)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- svnX 1.3.4
- Mavericks 10.9.1
- svn server version 1.6.17

Please provide any additional information below.
Some other svn client doesn't have this problem:
- TortoiseSVN for Windows

This is a Subversion issue, not an svnX issue.
Please see  issue 131,  issue 152  &  issue 211.
