Inputting a valid Singapore NRIC causes an error #4

Input: "add i/S9812345J n/John Doe p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/311, ClementiAve 2, #02-25 c/7 t/wheelchairUser t/livingAlone"

This was tested as the first input on a fresh boot up of the app.

Got an error stating that my NRIC is invalid despite it being a valid Singaporean government NRIC.

After more testing, it seems like the NRIC only accepts "H" as the ending letter in the NRIC.

Thank you for testing our product, can I ask if S9812345J is your real NRIC (and got rejected by our application)?

Hi there, I tried multiple IDs and couldnt really pinpoint what was the issue exactly, but S9812345J was one of those that didnt work.

Our application validates the checksum alphabet (ie. the last alphabet), meaning that it won't work for random numbers. Can I confirm that it did work with your actual NRIC?
