Currently if you place a rally point, it will cause squads to fail their orders and break up, causing massive lag and pulling the horde of tiny squads to the rally point. Then it stops them from doing the merge recovery process, so you are just left with hundreds of broken squads ;(

rally point has been disabled and will probably never return.
