I have fixed this in the current code-base on Unstable branch. The hybrid target method was not using the "keep radius clear" value, it was instead pulling from the force's hunt radius, which meant the user was not really able to have the droids set to an extremely low hunt radius and just have them act as roaming guards.

it now works ;) :) was cool to test it.
