Added signal for 'Keep clear radius'. #171

Added signal for 'Keep clear radius'. Now it can be configured the same way as hunt radius.

Very cool, thanks for adding some neat features to the mod! Please, if you have any ideas or want to collaborate further, let me know and maybe you can help me finish up v5.0 so I/we can release it finally. There are only minor things, but they take time and I have none these days ..
