Applied changes from 0.4.14 to 0.5 #178

I just applied the past changes. Also restored both big buildings to their original visuals, restored their sizes, and fixed a migration crash.

Commit is huge because: I removed trailing spaces (automatically with a Sublime Text setting) I unified indentation in prototypes.

Added changes from 0.4.16 (technologies...), + file simplifications, some locale rewrites...
