Unable to delete patient record

The program does not provide any command to delete a patient from my records. I would need to enter the patients.txt file, delete the patient, save the file, close the program, and restart it to update my patient list.

Team's Response

As per the user guide and developer guide, we have purposefully removed the implementation of deleting a patient to prevent malicious intentions and to protect the permanence of sensitive health records. If a patient was, at some point, under a doctor's care, they will stay on the list, regardless if they are no longer under their care anymore.
