videoStream.js中inputStreamStarted属性好像没用 #72

videoStream.js中inputStreamStarted属性好像一直都是false, 所以里面的if条件判断没用. 但是在文件mpeg1muxer.js中有设置inputStreamStarted为true, 但并未调用
