We want be able to prescribe boundary conditions via [BCs] block.

This is increase the code flexibility significantly (will enable more BCs to be used and also enable coupling to thermo-hydraulics codes)

I think this issue should be closed, because it is already implemented.

We can do BCs, but not via BCs block :-) But, yeah...
