Description of the enhancement

Create the appropriate input files and edit Makefile such that we can couple subchannel to bison.

Rationale for the enhancement

We want to do a multi physics simulation: Thermal-hydraulics in subchannel/heat conduction in pins (or displacement)

Identified impact

Create example/template input files that allow this coupling using the MultiApp system

(i.e. Internal object changes, limited interface changes, public API change, or a list of specific applications impacted)
