adding spinner and upgrading riot version #8

hey, I've added material spinner and also updated the repo for latest riot version...

Also i've fixed a couple lines of code:

  1. I didn't get why we need like a wrapper for spinner.
  2. Also i didn't find material-loader which was added in vanilla example.

oh i am so sorry rp-loader is not needed i was thinking of having a separate repo... then found ur repo... though i'll check about the vanilla pages...
