Non-existent documentation #3

Running fusible seems to require first reading the source code, as there is no documentation. If the docs are elsewhere, a link in the README.md would be most welcome.

I at least added a link. IMHO the fusibile repo should probably just be rolled into the gipuma repo, so I'm not going to work more on documentation.
