Activity Invitation not displayed for some users

Hello,

I am developing an agent that includes an activity. 

It works perfectly when I test the activity invitation using my own 
hotmail account, but when I create a new hotmail account and add my bot as 
a contact to it, this new user can send and receive messages but cannot 
view the activity because the invitation message for the activity is not 
displayed.

I can see that the INVITE msg is sent, but the user can't see the 
invitation. 

I don't know why, when I test this using certain users, it works fine, but 
using other users it fails. I checked the users and all users are in the 
same MSN Lists (allowedList, forwardList) and they are all hotmail 
accounts.

I am using the MSNPSharp_301_release (09-Nov-2009) from the download site.

I would like to know if you have had the same problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new hotmail account
2. Add my bot as a Contact
3. Start a conversation with the bot
4. Ask the bot to send an activity invitation

What is the expected output? 
The expected output is the invitation message.

What do you see instead?
I cannot see the invitation message (only with some users)

I downloaded the library from the download site. I am using the 
MSNPSharp_301_release (09-Nov-2009)

Please try to check out the code by using svn, from 
branches/MSNPSHARP_30_STABLE 
folder.
