Offline event seems to be fired when using MPOP feature #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to your account with the example program.
2. While logged in with the example program, login to your account with WLM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you log in with WLM, the msnpsharp library seems to fire the offline 
events for some of your contacts. This can be confirmed by the incoming 
commands displayed in the traceform.

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
I use msnpsharp 3.1.0.RC running on .NET 2.0 and Windows 7 x64.

Is your code check out from SVN or download from our download site?
I've downloaded the library from the Downloads section.

These events occur by MSN protocol if a contact is external (like Yahoo!) and 
this is not a bug.
