Is seems that Owner_PlacesChanged doesn't get fired. #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in with the example client
2. Sign in with the live messenger client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The combobox containing the places should be updated with the new place (when 
you sign in with the live messenger client) but nothing changes. The  
Owner_PlacesChanged event doesn't seem to be fired.

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
MSNPSharp 3.1 RC, Windows 7 x64, .NET 2.0

Is your code check out from SVN or download from our download site?
I've downloaded the code from the download site but in addition i can confirm 
the (possible) bug in the SVN version.

Hello,
Thanks, for your report. We've fixed the bug. Please check out the SVN trunk 
version. The example client was also modified, you can make a diff to see what 
we've changed to fix it.
