Possible issue - msnpsharp doesn't send custom emoticons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
You will need 2 accounts which each one has the other in it's contacts.
1. Sign in as Available with the first account using WLM.
2. Sign in as Online with the second account using the example client.
3. Go to the example client and open a talk to WLM account. Try to send a 
custom emoticon by clicking on the appropriate button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The WLM should receive the emoticon image. Instead it receives only the "Hey, 
this is a custom emoticon:" message and the emoticon image is missing.

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
MSNPSharp v3.1.RC.1805, NET 2.0, Windows 7 x64

Is your code check out from SVN or download from our download site?

Please provide any additional information below:
The problem occurs and with RC1 version. I've tried to send custom emoticons 
many times. Also I tried sending custom emoticons with my application.
