Error 217 NoAcceptingIMs for 4.0 stable #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login
2. Double click the Alice bot contact, open a conversation dialog
3. Error shows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Get the display image of Alice Bot instead of the error

When I tested with official wlm the same error received and can't get display 
picture.
Please do some tests with official client and send bug report here.
Actually 100-200-300 errors are not error. (Just informational)

Alice bot is idiot. She is real idiot.
She broadcasts invalid capabilities. ClientVersion is 8.1 (MSNP15) but she uses 
SupportsPeerToPeerV2.
