Possible issue in the test client when showing the places #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be sure that you haven't signed in yet
2. Sign in with test client
3. Places box contains 3 items: Sign out from here, Signout from everywhere, 
<x-place guid>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should contain only Sign out from here as the current pc is the only one 
signed in.

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
MSNPSharp 4.0.1 running on .NET 2.0 and Windows 7 x64

Is your code check out from SVN or download from our download site?

Fixed. It's a bug of example client, please checkout the new code in trunk/DEV 
folder.
