Places seem to be wrong #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in with test client
2. Stop client's execution abnormally through visual studio (stop debugging 
button)
3. Sign in with the test client. 2 places appear and I think is normal as just 
before you didn't signed out normally.
4. Sign out from everywhere...
5. Sign in again. Again..2 places appear and not 1 which would represent our 
current signed in session.

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
MSNPSharp 4 SVN, Windows 7 x64, .NET 2.0

Is your code check out from SVN or download from our download site?

Just check out again, I can't repeat your issue. Maybe there is another person 
also debugging while you were doing the experiment.
