adding script to init kytos amlight topology with some attributes #132

Description of the change

This PR adds more documentation regarding the Mininet topologies used for end-to-end tests, as well as a new topology (MultiConnectedTopo) that showed to be quite useful for some manual tests (hopefully we can have more e2e tests using it later).

Furthermore, this PR also includes an boostrap script to configure a few metadata for kytos-ng/topology when using AmlightTopo.
