Rerun `test_070_run_sdntrace_untagged_vlan` #223

Related to #222

/sdntrace_cp/traces was resulting in server error 500 in tests/test_e2e_40_sdntrace.py::TestE2ESDNTrace::test_070_run_sdntrace_untagged_vlan, but with the validation, it shouldn't be happening.

This is to rerun the same test many times to be safe that there is not an undercover bug somewhere.

I managed to find the root cause of the issue, check out this issue here for more info. With that said, it'd be still great to keep this task here to rerun test_070_run_sdntrace_untagged_vlan you can use it for extra sanity purposes once that issue is closed, OK? Thanks.
