This is for excluding telemetry_int from of_multi_table settings.SUBSCRIBED_NAPPS, since at the moment the nightly e2e tests are only running on OvS instances, so before this related PR https://github.com/kytos-ng/of_multi_table/pull/21 lands we need to also exclude it from the settings, otherwise of_multi_table will keep waiting for the event response.
