Appreciated your review, @italovalcy. FYI, I've just added the FlowMod removal mef & int masked cookie idea that we exchanged ideas https://github.com/kytos-ng/kytos/pull/468/commits/e678ebfa3b004242422a728d61a2573b3fadaca9. I also clarified what I meant by a few extra milliseconds, that was also assuming a low latency minimal channel between switches and the controller. Other than that, we're certainly always paying the OpenFlow serialization latency on wire trip, but those subsequent extra packets that telemetry_int will sent should be following each other relatively closely in most cases.
