Fix items creation #26

Fixes #25

Only switches were being created correctly. Now, UNIs and Links are parsed from the JSON.

maintenance has evolved and slightly changed its API https://github.com/kytos-ng/maintenance/pull/64, and this PR here will no longer be needed, so I'll close it.
