@rohanCodes001 appreciated this last commit, I've just noticed though that once a maintenance window is created it's not resetting the values of the k-input and k-select components. Could you implement a function something method set_default_values that once the POST request is successful it sets default values for all :value.sync? Also, make sure to merge master into your branch, some upstream changes have landed.

I have two usability suggestions:

Write an example of the time format, perhaps in the notification message if the start/end field is empty or with error. I had a hard time getting the format right.
Have a way to clear or "unclick" the switch/interface/link. If you select one of them, you can´t deselect it and need to refresh the page.
