Updated endpoints to include version number `/v1` #60

Resolves #32 . Prepends all endpoints of the maintenance napp with /v1 to indicate a version number. Also updates the UI to use the renamed endpoints.

@Ktmi this is ready to get merged, but before we merge this could you please also send a PR adapting the e2e tests? https://github.com/amlight/kytos-end-to-end-tests/issues/157, let me know if you need help with running e2e tests when validating this new future change, thanks.
