topology when handling topology.interruption.* still needs to provide stronger guarantees against out of order events: https://github.com/kytos-ng/topology/issues/155

Also this NApp has good e2e test cov, when double checking with the prod use cases, check out the test suites to see if how you need to use is already covered there. If it's not, we can also consider mapping new test cases and/or verifying if functionalities/fixes are needed.
