Confirm if sdntrace is working with telemetry_int, I'll assign this to myself to continue the work Gretel was doing before going on a vacation/taking care of personal things.

Closing this in favor of https://github.com/kytos-ng/sdntrace/issues/58. Currently, it's not supported, its priority will be revisited in the next release since telemetry int v1 will be delivered on 2024.1, but at least now we know that there are still work remaining to fully support this.
