It's still being discussed, but telemetry_int should also be able to run sdntrace_cp checks ensuring INT flows are tracing correctly, and if after some attempts if it fails then a fallback mechanism will be triggered, probably disabling INT and falling back to mef_eline flows this part is still being discussed on https://github.com/kytos-ng/kytos/pull/402/files
