New Kytos-ng logo and icon #31

Update on Issue #29

This PR updates the UI with the new Kytos-ng logo in the main menu, in the expanded version: image and in the collapsed version: image It also adds the new logo to browser favicon: image

Awesome to have the new logo and icon in the FE, it's really handy to also have the logo/icon color variations on assets, it'll facilitate for other folks who need to add the logo on doc/report/readme, thanks, @rmotitsuki.

I've noticed with the minimized icon there's this mapbox horizontal element, this isn't something that was introduced here, but looks like this mapbox settings shouldn't show up when it's minimized, if it's an issue maybe we can map this in a new issue, what's your impression on this, Rogerio, does this look off to you as well? I didn't noticed this before since I rarely minimized the toolbar. 20220922_101651

I checked the old master here and the UI is not working minimized.
