Add status and status_reason to UI for Interfaces #48

With the recent addition of status_reason to switches, interfaces, and links, I added the ability to see the status_reason and status in the UI with kytos-ng/topology#136 for Switches and Links to help with diagnosing issues. However, I was not able to do the same for Interfaces, as the UI code for Interfaces is not in the topology module. If someone could, please add in the ability to view the status and status_reason for Interfaces.
