Automate NApps server upload #252

After a new commit in master, the NApps should be uploaded to the NApps server automatically. Currently, 3 people can do it manually and it is being done without any verification besides the committer tests.

We should also add some kind of 'version' information on the NApp itself. May be just a incremental indicator.
