UI Changes #55

This update adds a search for the best constrained shortest flexible paths below the best paths menu. It also contains a bit of interface logic to parse REST requests. The rest of the logic will be featured in a separate update.

It seems there is a little problem when the “best constrained path” menu is opened. The map doesn’t adjust when the menu is opened creating a blank bar below the map. This can be noticed comparing the screenshots shared here.
