Add description to tab/website title #32

This makes it easier to find if you bookmark/search for it (may have some SEO implications :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:), so I consider it a good idea to add more than the project title here.

Whoops, just noticed it went to the wrong branch 😬 I committed the changes to the main as well
