Editing notes have to retype every single note instead of add new note

If an applicant has 10 skills which means 10 notes, and I want to add a new note, I have to type back every single note instead of just adding a note, causing a lot of inconvenience

Steps to reproduce: edit a user to try to add a new skillset, example add Python to C++, C#, Java

Expected: Add Python to the notes

Actual: Remove all the previous notes and replaced with Python

It is specified in our planned enhancements. As mentioned in the PE website, reporting planned enhancement bugs will not give you marks!
