Window list isn't updated when dragging tab #5

When dragging tab to the lower part of the screen, it will be created as a new window, the new window won't appear on the window list

Reproducible with Firefox 70.0.1.

Not reproducible with home-built Waterfox Classic 2019.10 (20191103135811).
