Update the VAPs KDP to the latest changes we have recently made.

Moreover, the KDP contains the different ways to use match and exclude blocks in Kyverno policies and which one of them could be used to generate VAPs. There is a PR that implements what is documented in this KDP.

Can we get this in as all related changes are already merged in main?
