[Enhancement] "Working with Assertion Trees" lacks important information

Description

It is not mentioned at all in which file the checks should be specified. One can only guess that it's in kyverno-test.yaml.

Furthermore, the schema of the objects to match via assert and error is not documented at all. There's just one example: status: pass.
