just after releasing beta found out that it's not possible to open new blank tab on iPhone at least.

after closing the only existing tab with opened website it was possible to open a different website and then it was possible to add new tabs.

tried to reproduce on iphone x simulator and it is not reproducible

was able to reproduce it, it seems it is somehow works after several taps, maybe the issue is with touch area for the + button

This is again can be reproduced, it happens after using DoH feature and turning it off. Maybe it is somehow connected.
