profile page improvements #46

Added stories are to be listed on profile pages.
Subscribe button will be showed in profile pages (except users own profile 
page). This will not function at this point.
(Edit profile button will be showed for users own profile.)
Fix birthdate.
(Research parameter passing as in PHP.)
Picture.

For the milestone 2, only these are to be developed:
>Profile picture
>List added stories

Rest will be MS3 work.

What was done at the point of MS2: Last added stories are shown. Profile 
picture is shown.
What will be done:
>Stories shall have links pointing to single story page
>A parameter can be passed (as in ?lat=123123&lon=123123 in add story). If no 
parameter is passed, user would see his/her own profile (as right now). If 
parameter >passed, user would see whoever is the given ids profile.
>Edit profile button will only be showed if the profile id == logged in users 
id.
>Subscribe button will only be showed if the profile id != logged in users id.
