How to run the inter-binary analysis? #2

I observed that there are only instructions for single-binary analysis in the README file, and there are five files in the inter-binary directory but I can't figure out how to use them, could you please add a tutorial or example on how to run the inter-binary analysis?

Inter-binary analysis has been updated in the README
