David and Mike will get the newest Ares installed into the test site and get me access to the front and back end.

Priorities:

• Sorting reservers list
• deep link into our catalog (via bib number)

Being looked into:

• How many physical copies are held per reserve item?
• If not a lot, we may be able to get rid of the custom code for dedup/grouping of same title in order to get sorting from newest version of Ares.
• Don't worry about hotlists - Mike will remove from interface

Updates

• Ares upgrade on production has been completed.
• De-duping is active
• Seems that all back-end fixes are in place and all that is needed is front-end fixing

Front-end Changes

• Make tables have zebra striping and be accessible
• Update forms (faculty facing) to look like the recently updated ILL forms
• Keep sidebar in place, but make it look more like the Canvas interface
• Banner within frame should have Library branding

Warnings

Links and data tables have many interwoven dependencies, making the back-end delicate.
