Add wiki page for minimal SQL setup #389

Most users will get along well with the current wiki tutorial, however the lack 
of SQL support (in the wiki, not pyrit itself) should be fixed.

For example, how to setup a small SQL server to bring all passwords/PMK's to 
one central storage.

Or at least a link to such a page would be helpful for those who have only 
minor or even none experience with SQL databases
