Fixed bug with runit template and Run agent as mongo user #4

The cookbook was failing due to runit template cookbook being set incorrectly.

Also, the agent probably shouldn't be run as root. I'm now passing the mongodb user and group into the runit template.

This seems pretty important (non-root user). Can we get this merged please?
