Add cert auth options to FileUtils #31

Added methods to allow use of an SSL certificate/key pair when using FileUtils.

Please let me know if there are any issues with the COPYRIGHT file; I'm following Akamai's policy on this.

Code looks not bad. @tdickers why did you add Akamai's copyright? Are you working at there? Even if so, that looks Akamai owns this project :(

I do work at Akamai; let me clarify the policy?

I pushed a change that I hope is more palatable. The other option/question was whether you (Fluentd?) have a Contributor License Agreement. It was suggested that the Apache one is a good one if you don't.
