Can SONiCS deal with compound or interrupted microsatellites? #19

Hello! Not much of an issue, but it isn't clear to me in the README.md if SONiCS can deal with complex repetition structures like compound motifs (such as TG(2)TC(1)TG(16), for example). I'm dealing with that kind of pattern in my MS sequences, and at least the string input format for SONiCS seems to suggest it can't handle that kind of data. Is that correct?

SONiCS does not handle complex repetitive structures similar to those you mention. Are these being output by an STR caller?
