Move compiled translation dictionaries #361

Currently, when working with the Test Automation Tool from the source code 
folder, translation dictionaries (.mo files) are found correctly due to the 
relative path matches what expected. However, when the application is compiled 
and moved to another directory, the dictionaries are not included into it and 
hence the app is not translated (only the keys appear in the screen). It's 
necessary to configure the compilation process so the dictionaries are always 
copied to the binaries folder and searched there.
